International
International orders are shipped through a forwarding partner. International shipping rates include forwarding, hazmat handling when required, repacking, and international carrier postage.
Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are not collected at checkout and may be due upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery estimates begin once the order is released to the international carrier. Delivery timing may vary by destination, customs clearance, and carrier availability.
If we are unable to ship to your destination, your order will be cancelled and refunded before fulfillment.
International shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been forwarded.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we’ll make it right.
