Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LÆRÖS. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Pre-Orders

LÆRÖS discovery sets are currently available for pre-order. Orders are estimated to ship by July 10. If this estimated date changes, we will update customers when appropriate.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order has shipped or been forwarded for international shipment. Once an order has shipped or has been forwarded to an international shipping partner, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products cannot be returned once opened, used, sprayed, or removed from their original sealed condition.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer package, inner packaging, and damaged item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

International Orders

International shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been forwarded to the international shipping partner.

Duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, and refused delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer. If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address information, or import restrictions, shipping charges may not be refunded.

Final Sale Items

Opened, used, or damaged-by-customer fragrance items are final sale.
